Velocity is our newest High Intensity Workout Class. Join us for all the intensity a CrossFit class provides without the heavy weightlifting. This high paced express class is 45 minutes long, including a full warm-up and mobility work, as well as a cool-down. The workouts themselves incorporate functional movements using tabata style, interval and other high paced full body workouts!
CrossFit Momentum’s Coaches offers nutritional counseling, customized warmups and workouts and include off-site email/video support. We offer programs for fat loss and improved body composition, overall strength development, pre- and post-natal fitness, and sports specific training.
**COMING SOON!** Momentum Striking teaches you to throw proper strikes and combinations while understanding the role of the kinetic chain and posterior chain in supporting athletic performance and self defense. Coaches at CrossFit Momentum will provide the basic striking concepts of mixed martial arts, boxing and self-protection skills to athletes while the athlete gets a full body workout.
