Partner sit-ups

Partner lateral toss

Partner one foot chest pass

200m run with wallball

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP

100m run

5 pull-ups or ring rows

5 DB push press each arm

10 weighted sit-ups
Each round add 100m to the run 🙂

Round 1: 100m

Round 2: 200m

Round 3: 300m
